These Terms of Service govern your use of Coachlane, a skill training platform operated at coachlane.click.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Coachlane.

2. Services Provided

Coachlane offers in-person and online training sessions, information products, and physical goods related to skill development.

3. Purchases and Payments

All fees are listed in local currency and are payable via the available methods at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing details.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 14 days before a scheduled session are eligible for a full reimbursement via your original payment method or bank transfer. Cancellations less than 14 days before commencement are not eligible for refunds due to preparation requirements. However, you may request a one-time rescheduling without additional fee, subject to availability.

4.2 Information Products

Digital materials and online courses may be refunded in full if requested within 7 days of purchase and prior to accessing the content. After either condition is met, no refund is available given the digital nature of the product.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unopened condition for a full refund, minus any shipping charges. Returns must be sent to our address at the customer's expense. Goods received damaged are eligible for replacement or full reimbursement upon inspection.

5. Rescheduling

Service sessions may be rescheduled up to one time at no extra cost if requested at least 3 days before the original date. Rescheduling requests made later may incur additional charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Coachlane is not liable for any special or incidental damages arising from use of our services.
